Do you have lifetime warranty?
Our diamonds hold a lifetime warranty to cover color changes, cracks, chips, and authenticity. Lost diamonds are void from the lifetime warranty coverage.
Jewellery items/mounts have a limited 1 year warranty against defects, and the limited warranty does not cover bent or broken settings/prongs, re-plating gold/metals, bent gold/metals, or regular wear and tear snd intentional alterations.
Returns and Exchanges:
While we do not accept returns for refunds, all items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Just send us the item back in its original packaging and condition, unworn, unsized, unaltered, with all documentation included. We recommend insurance for the shipping, tracking, and a signature required. You will not be credited your exchange value if the item(s) are lost in transit or damaged.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 48 hours, and will ship within 7 days, with express shipping, insured, and tracked.
Online, I don't see the ring size I need. Can I request a specific or quarter size?
While the vendors we work with sell their rings as they are, we include a sizing aid in each order placed through our website (for rings, only to make them smaller). However, we do only allow, easy to size rings to be included in the collections we offer for your convenience.
